Sydney has this amazing light show on at the moment with over 60 projections and installations. They range from EPIC projections across the entire harbour to small intimate pieces based on light that you can walk around and explore. The festival has totally transformed the cityscape and runs from 6-12pm everyday till the 10th June. Here are a few more images that I’ve made from Vivid 2013
These First two are HDR images shot on a Nikon D800 using my ultra wide angle lens to get this perspective. In the first image you can see the image on the opera house being projected all the way over from near the Harbour Bridge. The second image has lights and colours shinning all over buildings and even the train station at Circular Quay. These images are available for print and can be purchased simply by clicking on the image you like and you will be forwarded to the shop. That is also the location where I upload my full resolution images.

These next few images are all single frames, rather than HDR, and were all taken on a tripod using my Nikon D800. I wanted to show some of the various stills from the projections being done on the Opera House.
Here is a list of all the software I used to create these images.
- On1 Photo Suite– This is the Bundle I use as I really like the OnOne workflow and the huge variety of filters in Perfect effects 4, with over 450 filters.
- Perfect Effects – From OnOne and has a huge variety of Filters.
- Topaz Clarity– An awesome little Filter program used to control the contrast and clarity in an image, highly recommend. 15% off all Topaz software discount code LukeZemePhotography.
- Noiseware 5– From Imagenomic, noise reduction software. Use code LukeZemePhotography for 10% off
Thanks everyone, Luke
