Sydney has many wonderful coastal pools and baths. I’ve always loved coastal pools ever since I was a child and my Auntie would take me to the beach in Austinmer. I captured this image at the Bronte Baths during sunrise yesterday morning. These types of baths are filled with the salty sea water and are extremely refreshing to swim in. I love how when big waves crash over the wall into them the water will rushe back out again over the edge creating little waterfalls.
This particular morning it felt like the sky was on fire and I think it was the best sunrise I’ve seen all year, and it’s June! That is saying something about how magnificent it was. Everyone who was down at Bronte beach that morning, and there were quite a few people, were remarking on how amazing the sunrise was. I got quite a few different compositions as the sun rose and this was one of my favourites. It’s titled “Bronte Fires”. Hope you enjoy it
