Dubai in the summer is ridiculously hot! Temperatures in the day were reaching 47 degrees C and at night just after the sun sets at 9pm its still 37 degrees C. These conditions are absolutely terrible for humans, let alone photography. As soon as you’d take off your lens cap the glass on it would fog up and you wouldn’t be able to shoot. So I worked out how to fix that, shoot from inside buildings! I got this shot looking over looking the Dubai financial Centre from inside a nice cool air conditioned gym on the 35th floor.

The metro in dubai is amazing and it runs along the freeway of this image. What I found incredible about it was that it reached bullet train speeds and didn’t even have a driver!
